I have a Masters in European Studies from the University of Szczecin and a BA in Literary and Cultural Studies (with a Philosophy minor) from Carnegie Mellon University. Long, long ago, I tried out the Masters program in Philosophy at the New School For Social Research (NYC), but quit in the middle of the second year. I lost my respect for the profession, but then found it again about a dozen years ago or so. I might get a PhD one day, if I ever find the time. I teach IB Language & Literature and Theory of Knowledge at an international school, where I also teach middle school English. In my free time, I play classical and improvisational piano. I live in Szczecin, Poland, with my wife and our two daughters.
